Thursday 24th August 2017 brought much cause for celebration for our GCSE students and their teachers who together achieved a very strong set of GCSE results. Warmest congratulations to everyone!
96% of all grades are at A*-C with 81% of the pupils’ grades coming in at A*-B. Many pupils sustained top grades across ten and eleven subjects. Forty-four pupils have at least seven A grades in their portfolio.
Top achievers are Beverly Beacom and Tiffany Woods who both have ten A* grades and one A, Kirstie Harron who has nine A* and two A grades, Ben Donaldson and Annabel Stewart who both have eight A* and two A grades, Lois Egerton who has seven A* grades and four As, Georgios Sotiropoulos who has seven A* grades and two As, Cole Cannings and Rebecca Murray who both have six A* grades and five A grades, Tomas Baternay who has six A* grades and four As and Sophie Armstrong who has six A* grades, three As and one B.
