Huge congratulations to the thirteen Year 14 girls who successfully completed their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition in the Mourne Mountains in August. Well done to all students on their brilliant achievement.

Their video demonstrates the challenge and excitement of completing a 4 day self reliant expedition covering over 80km on foot surrounded by a stunning mountain environment. You can see from the video that there are highs and lows involved in the expedition. All these challenges were overcome through the teamwork and friendships within the group as well as the many happy smiling faces.
