On Thursday 7th we took our Senior Squad to play a friendly challenge match against one of our local schools, Mount Lourdes. The two teams have both entered the Senior N.I. Plate competition this year. Thankfully, they are not pitted against each other in the first round. This was a chance for both teams to get some decent court competition time. It was a fabulous match from start to finish, nail biting as the lead team kept changing constantly. Both teams played their socks off and the match could have gone either way. At the end though, the score was 17-16 to ERGS. A great win for this Senior Squad. Congratulations to them all for their continued hard work.
