Hannah Dunn, year 11 had a very successful day winning the Local Final of the Futurechef Competition organised by Springboard. Hannah showcased an excellent level of skill, organisation and dish presentation. Her dish, Indian Spiced Chicken Curry served with Wild Rice, alongside Garden Salad and a Mint and Cucumber Raita seen Hannah reach the Regional Final which is due to be held in Belfast in January 2023. Wishing Hannah every success as she proceeds forward to the Regional Final. Congratulations to all the other participants from the local schools around the area as it was evident that the standard of cooking was exceptionally high!
