Arrangements for Years 8-11 – Wednesday, 28thJune
8C, 8D & 8E – Meet in the Assembly Hall, at Cooper Crescent, at 9am. Wear casual clothing suitable for the weather conditions, as you walk to the cinema. Walk back to Cooper Crescent, where you will get lunch and then take part in the Duck Hunt, before departing school from Cooper Crescent.
8A & 8B – Meet in the Assembly Hall, at Cooper Crescent, at 8am sharp, for departure to Air-tastic. Remember to bring a packed lunch (lunches will be provided for children on free school meals). Return to Cooper Crescent, hopefully, by 4pm at the latest.
Year 9 – Meet in the Dining Hall, at Cooper Crescent, at 9am. Wear casual clothing suitable for the weather conditions, as you walk to the cinema. Walk back to Cooper Crescent, where you will get lunch and then take part in the Duck Hunt, before departing school from Cooper Crescent.
Year 10 – Meet in the Dining Hall, at Lough Shore, at 9am, for the activities provided by the Army. Wear suitable clothing for the prevailing weather conditions. Remember that the canteen at Lough Shore only accepts cash for break and lunch.
Years 8-10 – Any child, who is not participating in the above events, should report to the Dining Hall, at Cooper Crescent, at 9am.
Year 11 – Meet at the cinema at 9am and return to Lough Shore after the conclusion of the movies.
