On Friday 6th February, 16 of the Year 10 pupils took part in an Inter-House HYROX duos fitness event at Focus Fitness, Enniskillen. The event challenged the pupils to complete a variety of functional fitness stations with a run before each station.
All four houses displayed great teamwork and work ethic throughout the day, completing the event in impressive times with Belmore coming out as the overall winners of the event.
A massive well done to all the participants for their effort and encouragement to each other, and thank you to Focus Fitness and staff for making the event a success!
