Sligo’s First Engineering Fair Day on Sunday 3rd March at IT Sligo
Open to the public from 12 – 5pm from the Main Reception, A Block, The Concourse and Beyond!
The Fair Day, produced by the Faculty of Engineering & Design will be an Engineering Family Fun Day with theatre shows, workshops, presentations and displays including but not limited to:
Engineering for Life Show, Dr Megaphone’s Irish Jaunt Show, Niamh Shaw’s Engineering in Space
Workshops on Automation, Hydrogen Car Challenge, Make your own Freezer, Bricks4Kidz,
Victoria Walker’s Robot Dance Troupe, Drone racing, Robot Ted, 2D gaming workshop and a DeLorean car
Meet the Engineers behind Abbott, Engineers Without Borders, Sligo/Leitrim Mountain Rescue, Life Boats, Irish Water
and much much more . . . . .
