Lateral Flow Testing Programme 2021-22

This week in our Year Group Assemblies we are distributing information packs about the voluntary Lateral Flow Testing programme which the Department of Education, together with the PHA, are very keen to promote with all staff and pupils.

These packs include a letter form Miss Armstrong, an information leaflet and a consent form.

Please find below a copy of each of these.

If you wish your son/daughter to participate in this programme please return the signed consent form to reception on either site by the end of school on Tuesday 21^st September 2021.
