We are delighted to report that our Kids Lit team of Heather McCaffrey and Hugo McChesney from Year 8 along with Darcey Crawford and Daragh Tyson from Year 9, won the UK Kids Lit Quiz competition earlier this week. Having been victorious in the Northern Irish heats last month, the team travelled to London on the 4th of December as representatives of Northern Ireland in the UK finals. Competing against 19 other schools from across the UK, the team were crowned UK champions and have now been invited to represent the UK in the World Championships to be held in Singapore in July 2019. An utterly outstanding achievement, congratulations to all!!
